1. Who We Are

CampFiire ("we", "us") is a magazine and directory for Georgia soccer parents, operated by The Consumer Sports Group. By using campfiire.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is (and is not)

The Site publishes stories, a directory of soccer camps, an events calendar, a free youth learning program (Soccer Kickoff), and an email newsletter (The Bulletin). It is an informational resource.

We do not run, own, or operate the camps and events we list. Registration, payment, supervision, and safety at any camp or event are entirely between you and its organizer. Always confirm dates, prices, ages, and availability with the organizer before you commit.

3. Accuracy of Listings

We verify listings before publishing them and correct errors when we find them, but details change - camps sell out, dates move, prices shift. Information on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it.

4. Soccer Kickoff

Soccer Kickoff is a free, general-purpose training guide for kids aged 6–12. It is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Physical activity carries risk of injury; parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and for judging what is appropriate for them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site - including scraping content at scale, attempting to break or overload it, submitting false information to us, or using the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Our Content

The stories, guides, design, and branding on the Site belong to The Consumer Sports Group unless otherwise noted. You may share links and quote reasonably with attribution; you may not republish our content wholesale without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links out to camp organizers, ticket sellers, podcast platforms, and other third parties. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Consumer Sports Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your participation in any listed camp or event.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
